Day 8: Chest and Back, Ab Ripper X
Well today was noticeably better than last weeks workout. I can definitely tell a difference in my strength. I did get nauseous half way through the workout though. I chalk it up to maybe working a little too hard at the start combined with not quite eating enough today to give me the energy I needed. Â Feel free to compare my new pictures with Day 1 and let me know what you think!
BIG difference from day one….you are going to fab. on day 90.
