Day 11: Yoga X
Boy oh boy and I glad to be done with Yoga today. Â I was just not feeling it start to finish. Â This has been a very rough week of class and I am way behind on sleep so I think that just killed my motivation today. Â I am excited to say that I can finally get a good nights sleep tonight though. Â I am going to cut this post short since I am running on fumes, however I will make a longer post next time around. Â Have a good rest of the day everyone, and don’t forget to check back tomorrow!
Yoga is definitely the toughest of the workouts – time commitment, mental concentration, athleticism, etc. But it has its purpose.
It is actually genius.
By day 4 of the week (thats when I fit in Yoga), I am usually pretty sore from the other workouts. The Yoga really seems to help out by stretching out the tightness and setting me up for a successful final 3 days of working out.

You are absolute right Craig. I know I am also sore from the previous workouts when it comes Yoga time. The stretches work wonders on the body. I am already not as sore after my workouts as I was the initial week however; great sign.
