Day 19: Legs and Back, Ab Ripper X
I left out Ab Ripper from the shoulders and arms workout so I could do it today instead (back to back days of ab ripper X isn’t feasible). Legs and Back was brutal, but I felt so good when it was over. I’m going to have a Chocolate Shakeology shake with banana and peanut butter now!
I think this is a great training program if you have no time to visit the gym.
