Day 22: Recovery Week: Yoga X
so yoga…again. recovery week. right when I get into the groove of things, BAM Tony throws a curve ball in. I feel like I just did yoga 4 days ago. Oh wait! I did…well i guess it’s something new. This week should be interesting. Its kinda nice to have a change of pace every once in a while so you don’t get bored with the same routine. I find it much easier to stick with a routine that has variety.
