Day 2: Plyometrics
Well today I am definitely feeling it after yesterday’s workout. My chest is pretty tight, but other than that I feel pretty good. Today was plyometrics. Geez and I thought day 1 was tiring. I couldn’t keep up. I swear that Olympians must train with this guy! By the end of the workout, I was hardly even participating; I was so tired. I was just lucky to still be on my feet and moving. I run every once in a while so I had figured my legs were in decent shape. Boy was I wrong! Well I guess when it comes to getting in shape you have to start somewhere. I just seem to be starting at the bottom rung of the cardio ladder.
