Day 25: Stretch X (recovery week)
I have to confess something: I’m addicted to stretching. I really feel so amazing after I finish the Stretch X video. Before, I mentioned how I am extremely inflexible, and I have some horrible back problems; now, I am definitely feeling a decrease in lower back pain. I believe it has a lot to do with my core strengthening.
There is only highly advanced stretch in the video that I recommend you pace yourself on. Basically, you flip your legs completely over you head, while on the ground. From there I felt like I was getting choked out by Brock Lesnar. Go easy and listen to your body. If it doesn’t feel right, that’s because it’s probably going to snap something.
