Chris P90x Workout Reviews: Day 1 /w pics

Day 1:Â Chest and back, Ab Ripper X
I started P90X last summer and got a couple weeks in, so Day 1 should be a bit easier than last time right? WRONG I got my butt completely whooped, and once again realized how badly I need more exercise. The tip for the first half of the workout is “Pace Yourself” so I think starting off with 15 pushups is a good idea and I barely made it through the first half of the DVD. After the break in the middle I barely managed to go on with the most disgusting form imagineable. I will definately be sore tomorrow and I am totally excited to see what these next 90 days will do for me!
