Day 4: Yoga
Wow yoga is much harder than it looks! The great thing about yoga is people of all ages can do it, particularly older people will find it is a great way to stay in shape and be healthy.
I do feel great and even more flexible after the session. The movements get pretty fast paced and I found it hard to keep up at times, but next week will go much smoother.
