Bryan P90x Workout Reviews: Day 5
Day 5: Legs & Back, Ab Ripper X
Time flew by pretty quickly for me during the Legs and Back workout. Although I was unable to perform the pull ups because I was sore right in the elbow area. Other than that though I paced myself and made it through. I am still nowhere near completing the whole 350+ reps in the ab workout without pause. Perhaps after the first month is when I can expect to make it through Ab Ripper X with no break.  Kenpo is tomorrow and I’m curious to see what that is like; although if the weather is great tomorrow I will go out and play sand volleyball and count that as my p90x workout for the day…we will see. I hope everyone is doing well.
