Day 15: Chest & Back, Ab Ripper X
After taking care of numerous activities today, it was time for the chest and back workout. I had much more energy going into today’s workout then I did on day 1. I wasn’t dreading the exercises and really went to town with the pull-ups and push-ups. It is still difficult for me to not run out of gas after the initial pull-up and push-up wave and have to struggle to make it through. I was really treating my body pretty poorly for a while, even though it might not look like I was. All I can say is I am much happier and have more energy now that I am eating better and getting in daily exercise.
