Day 2:Â Plyometrics
This is the daddy of all P90x workouts and I feel really good about making it all the way through. Granted I paced myself and wasn’t able to do each workout for the whole alotted time. Most of you will find you need to pace yourself to make it through the whole workout as well and it is advisable. You have to keep in mind the people demonstrating the routine have been doing this for a while and are in great shape; so taking it easy at first is nothing to be ashamed of and
probably the only way you will get through initially. I am not looking forward to walking around tomorrow, my legs are going to be on fire!
