Bryan P90x Workout Reviews: Day 3
I was not prepared for how hard and intense the Shoulders and Arms P90x workout is. I did not make it completely through because I could no longer do reps unless the weight was super light. I skipped on to the end stretching then continued with the Ab Ripper. Within minutes my abs were burning up but I still had so much left to do! I recorded my weights and reps; I look forward to increasing my numbers next time. Overall it feels good having another day down. I am also looking forward to the Yoga section tomorrow 🙂
