Day 30:Â Plyometrics
I did very well with plyo today. I have been improving by “leaps and bounds”, no pun intended, and it feels great! I am going out of town Thursday so my plan for now is to mainly workout my chest and triceps while on the trip. I will do so by push-ups and chair dips. Maybe I can make it to a gym or athletic center to use some weights and/or treadmill. That’s it for me, I would love to hear from you on your progress.
