Day 22: Recovery Week: Yoga X
This week is recovery week basically and we switch things up. We start the week with Yoga and I gotta say it is a nice change of pace. I’m getting better at Yoga X and slowly becoming balanced and with less clumsy moves. Yoga is amazing to fit into your workout routine. I had never done yoga up until P90X and I’m glad yoga is included (because frankly I don’t know when I ever would have gotten into yoga without it).
