Chelsea P90x Workout Reviews: Day 13
Day 13: Kenpo X
Ouch Ouch Ouch. If my legs and butt could talk, that’s what they’d be saying. After that session of horse stance during kenpo x, in combination with yesterday’s legs and back workout, my legs are sore! My calves didn’t get sore like they did last week though thankfully. That was rough. Looking forward to stretching and relaxing tomorrow. Should be a nice change of pace.
