Ahh yoga, my old nemesis. I have to admit that I am starting to warm up to it though. The first 45 minutes of the video I dread, but the second half is very calming and centering. It helps you clear your mind and get in tune with your body. Not to mention too, I am gaining some of my flexibility back!
