Day 26:Â Core Synergistics
I really like the p90x core synergistics workout. It’s pretty intense, but not as draining as plyo. It still gives me a really good workout. I feel it the most right around my ribs and above my hips on my sides. I dont think I have ever been sore there. haha I am ready however, to get back to the tough stuff. I’m need new challenges! Bring it Tony!
