Day 28: Yoga X & X Stretch
I was a little down in the dumps today, so stretching was a nice relaxing workout. It’s hard to stay motivated when you have other things going on in your life. I was only able to do yoga for about 30 minutes during the morning so I did the second half of the video. I hope tomorrow is better. Looking forward to the new week! 🙂 Keep at it everyone.
