Chelsea P90x Workout Reviews: Day 4

Day 4: Yoga X
So once again I was sore coming into the workout and was looking for a more relaxing workout, until I remembered that Yoga X is intense. Â Any improvements I gained during the few days of Yoga before seem to have been lost and I was back tipping over like a beginner. Â Its amazing how much Yoga can make you sweat when you barely move anywhere. Â The first 45 minutes are the roughest part, after that its balancing poses which are still tough but more mentally than phyisically. Â I will definately sleep like a baby tonight!
I gotta admit, you have put me right off wanting to try, but I guess I am going to have too, this startving myself and living off cereal is getting a joke, and now the home cycling machine has started squeaking LOUD !!
With a great name like Chelsea (Chelsea FC all the way!!) , I think I am going to follow your blog with care and maybe start blogging myself over my weight loss … here goes P90X !!
