Chelsea P90x Workout Reviews: Day 5

Day 5: Legs & Back, Ab Ripper X
Well today kicked my butt. I liked the fact that it isn’t as repetitive as the other days. Yes you repeat a few of the pull up exercises, but that’s it. I felt like time went by a lot faster because you were always doing something new. P90X Ab ripper x totally wasted me too. I kept up pretty well, but a few of those moves were nearly impossible for me at my present level of physical fitness 😛
Our shakeology came in the mail today. We had some of the greenberry before, but we got chocolate now…which by the way is AMAZING! I literally would never know it was good for me. Added some banana and peanut butter to it. it takes like I’m drinking something from an ice cream store.
