Chelsea P90x Workout Reviews: Day 6

Day 6: Kenpo X
Well, I am definitely feeling the effects of the entire week today. Everything hurts…especially my calves after yesterday’s workout. Now, thanks to Kenpo X, I know that I am terrible at kicking. I was a swimmer for cryin’ out loud! all we did was kick! I am looking forward to stretching tomorrow though. 🙂 I think my abs are starting to show up more, I can’t wait to start seeing more results!
