Day 10: Shoulders & Arms, Ab Ripper X
Today I pushed myself harder on the shoulder’s and arms, I was able to start most of the exercises with the 25lb dumbbells and get a few reps in before switching to the 15lb. However some of the shoulder exercises I had to stick with the 10lb weight and was still barely able to keep good form. I am continuing to notice that I fall asleep faster at night. P90x rocks!
