Day 12: Legs & Back, Ab Ripper X
I once again failed miserably when it came time for wall sits, those things are pure evil I swear! I can still hear Tony laughing from his home. I can tell though that my legs, especially my quad and calf muscles are improving. I was able to go a bit harder for a bit longer today. I am surprised how easily this video can push my legs to the limit. This is definitely leaps and bounds better than running or biking for exercise, and you can do it from home with virtually no equipment. I am so pleased I bit the bullet and purchased this program compared to joining the gym like I almost did. Today was the first day I was able to complete all of the Ab Ripper video, although I had to pause it few times to catch back up to the rest of the crew. Hopefully I will be able to keep up in real-time soon!
