P90x Day 16: Plyometrics
Well plyometrics finally seems be getting a little bit easier, which means its still ridiculously hard to make it through with good form and high intensity the whole time. I started to get a little bit dizzy at the end with the 180 degree jumps so I had to do some improvising and just did some other moves instead. I am once again fully covered in sweat and ready for bed. Time for a recovery drink and some video games!
