Chris P90x Workout Reviews Day 17

P90x Day 17: Shoulder & Arms, Ab Ripper X

Today went well, I was happy with how hard I was able to push myself on the shoulder and arms workout.  I can tell my arms are definitely getting stronger and thicker which is nice since my arms have always been pretty darn small.  Ab ripper continues to beat me, I cannot get through the video yet! I hope I am able to get through it without pausing to catch up sometime soon.

I am still continuing to try to eat more and healthier than I am used to.  It is definitely a work in progress, I have come far, but there is a LONG ways left to get my diet down perfect.  I have been eating the P90x Protein bars whenever I need a snack throughout the day.  I have also been incorporating a lot more fruits and a few more vegetables into my diet compared to normal.  Vegetables are definitely the hardest part as there just aren’t that many enjoy in the least bit.  I am so glad I found p90x, I have been sleeping better, getting more exercise, eating better, and even having more energy throughout the day.   All of that combined just makes me feel better.

Hey Chris!! You’re doing great! The diet is hard, but eventually it will be second nature. Ab ripper is tough too, but pretty soon you will be able to keep up and do all of the reps. It took me a wile too. Some of the exercises are a little awkward to do so that make them even harder. Like the oblique side things. Took me forever to get that right!!!

You are doing a great job!!!
