Day 3:Â Shoulders & Arms, Ab Ripper X
When I woke up today I realized my legs had been reduced to Jell-O. I am very thankful that I had icy hot in the bathroom to put on my hip flexors and quads. Throughout the day I was walking a little goofy, this program is definitely whooping my butt! Today’s workout was pretty intense again. Fifteen pound dumbbells were perfect for most of the exercises; however I was wishing I had some ten pound ones for a few of the exercises. I will definitely be purchasing these soon.
