Day 31: Back and Biceps, Ab Ripper X
Today’s workout was very tough for me. Â I am improving on my pullups, however I still pretty much suck at them. Â I can do about 10 chinups or 10 close grip front pullups in a row at the start, After that the chair comes out after a rep or two each new set. Â I still get a good workout however it is frusturating at the same time. Â I have to do a really modified version of the corn cobb pullup. Â I have to do the side to side and front to back motion with my hands about an inch above my head or I hit my head on part of the pullup bar.
