Day 32: Yoga X
This new week of workouts has really brought back the soreness.  I am not near as sore as when I first started P90x, however I am much more sore than week 3 or 4.  The new chest and shoulder workout as well as the bicep workout are clearly doing their job because my shoulders and biceps were still quite sore today.  Yoga went well due to the sore muscles.  I may be  starting to get sick, hopefully I am wrong.
