Chris P90x Workout Reviews: Day 4
Day 4: Yoga X
Yoga X seems like it would be the easiest day, however it is extremely tough.  Even though I had done this last summer, somehow I had forgotten what it was all about.  I went into the workout remembering I was going to do mostly stretching and had forgotten how much this makes your legs BURN.  The Angle Pose & Grab was the toughest move for myself, when you get to that part take it easy and slow.  Yoga Blocks are a necessity if you are not the most flexible person like myself.  You could also use a sturdy cardboard box, or any sort of other sturdy block shaped item if you do not have the P90X Yoga Blocks.
I really suggest everyone goes very slow during your first time at yoga, I feel like if someone jumped in and pushed it to the limit their first time it would be possible to hurt yourself, so please be careful. Â You will probably hate the DVD and have thoughts of turning it off the entire time through the P90X Workout, however once you get to the end you will be glad. Â I couldn’t touch my toes at first and by the end I was getting passed them! Â I am really excited what this workout will do for me after a couple of months.
