Day 9: Plyometrics
Even though I pushed myself just as hard on Chest & Back my muscles are much less sore this time around, I think my body is finally getting used to the P90x abuse. Plyometrics was once again very tough; I was able to keep my form nearly perfect for most of the video this time which made me proud. By the end of the video the jumping spin moves were a bit much for me; I was getting slightly dizzy when spinning. I think the dizziness was caused from the 100% exhaustion combined with spinning because at the beginning I don’t even get the slightest bit of dizziness. As soon as I stop it goes away though. This workout is definitely intense, if you want to burn a lot of calories in a short time I do not think I have ever done a better workout.
