I briefly browsed through a few of the videos and noticed this looks a bit extreme. The main trainer appears to be bionic, and I have my doubts whether or not he is a cyborg. So far my plan is to just pace myself and stick with it. Wish me luck!
As I thought, I barely was able to keep up with the pace of Captain Insano, and I am exhausted. At times, I would just go through the motions since I was so gassed, but I’m through day one and that’s all that matters. My strong words of advice: don’t try to do as many reps as the video instructs. Do what feels right and save the extra reps for the next day. Trust me you’ll need the extra energy.
