Day 10: Shoulders & Arms, Ab Ripper X
Definitely the most enjoyable day—if you can call any P90X day enjoyable. I especially like the deep swimmer should presses. It targets just about the entire upper body, and I love the burn that comes along with it. However, I still cannot keep up with the ab ripper X routine. My abs are completely dead by about the half way point. All in all, another day in the books and feeling good.
