Day 13: Kenpo X
Time to throw some punches at the air in the room. Punching, kicking, and blocking my way to a more fit me. This is the one video I can truly keep up with 100%. By the end of the hour, I am getting a good sweat in and feeling a burn in my lungs. I’m going to admit I want to kick Tony and his friends in the face from time to time. They throw such effortless kicks while I stumble about like my usual clumsy self. One huge advantage of this system is going to be my added balance. I really need some help in that area; I just cannot balance myself to save my life.
