Day 17: Shoulder & Arms, Ab Ripper X
I kicked some serious ass today since I substituted my plyometrics with basketball yesterday. This is the only day I don’t sweat about doing prior to the workout. Lifting days are far easier for me than the cardio ones. But, I need to concentrate more on cardio so I can free myself from my fat casing. Something tells me I need to step it up a notch, so I will!
As for my diet, I am eating decently, but I could definitely do better. If I’m out with friends, or at a restaurant I will eat what I want. Dieting is just not for me, never has been. However, I will make some more adjustments to my eating lifestyle. Dammit.
