Day 18: Yoga X
Still my day that I need the most practice to achieve perfection. I am getting a really good workout from the yoga, and I can’t emphasize how tough this is for people unfamiliar to yoga. My general consensus of yoga before actually trying it was it was for limber, toned women. This is not the case! I am completely saturated in perspiration just fifteen minutes in, and I feel more in tune with my body and mind after. If only I wasn’t so damn inflexible…
