Day 21: Stretch X or Rest

Hello internets of the world! It’s father’s day and I promised my old man I’d do some yard work for him as part of his gift. So, I showed up at his house at 10:00 a.m. and it’s already 85 degrees out with 100% humidity. I had to dig up sod, level dirt, and carry huge ass paver stones around the yard. It was my best workout this week! My Dad enjoys making me do manual labor; he gets a kick out of watching me do some “old fashioned hard work”. But, hey it’s father’s day, so I was caught between a rock and a hard place.
