Day 24: Kenpo X (recovery week)
Day three of the recovery week went without a hitch. The Kenpo is pretty straight forward now, and my sole goal is to get my heart rate going. I still find the Kenpo X a rather fun exercise. I mean, sure, it’s a tad bit goofy, but that’s why I do it behind closed doors. Feels good to finish today because tomorrow is just stretch x!
